BY PURCHASING OR SENDING PAYMENT TOWARDS YOUR PUPPY,YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. READ THOROUGHLY! This contract is entered into between Dolled Up Doodles By Nikki Lambert (hereinafter "SELLER") and the client (hereinafter "BUYER").The buyer and seller agree to the following provisions of sale: Puppy is in good health, free of known contagious diseases and has had vaccinations and worming required for its age at the time of this agreement. Seller will have the puppy physically examined by a licensed veterinarian between 7-8 weeks of age. As a preventative, all puppies are treated for worms before going to their new home. It is generally recognized that intestinal parasites(worms etc.) are common in puppies and are a part of a puppies early development but we take every effort to prevent parasites. Often, however the stress of change and travel can cause parasites to emerge. Buyer agrees to continue parasite testing and treatment (if necessary) with their veterinarian. Breeder is not responsible for mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once the puppy has left Breeder’s hands. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy away from contaminated areas, out of the heat, and cold drafty places. Buyers are responsible for maintaining a low stress environment after receiving their new puppy to avoid stress induced diarrhea. Provide a quiet space for the first 5 days for puppy to adjust to new faces, sounds and smells. DO NOT let multiple people handle your puppy or take puppy to visit friends, family etc. until the vaccination series is completed. No dog parks, doggie day care, pet stores etc. until vaccination series is completed. Just because puppies have had their first two sets of vaccination does not guarantee immunity. This guarantee does not include viral illnesses (parvo, distemper, adenovirus, etc.), infections, improper bites, hernias, undescended testicles, hypoglycemia, or parasites such as giardia or coccidiosis. Coccidia is very common and can be stress induced. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, accidents, or physical injury. Please keep in mind these things cannot be guaranteed and things such as umbilical hernias can occur often from moms pulling on cords. If any puppy has a hernia, we will get it repaired at no cost before the puppy leaves us. Buyer agrees to make an appointment with a licensed veterinarian for an exam BEFORE picking up the puppy. (It is buyer’s responsibility to complete the appointment within the72 hour of acquiring the puppy.) Buyer MUST provide seller with a written statement, by mail or email, from a licensed veterinarian stating the exact condition of puppy within 5 days of the completed appointment. Failure to do so voids guarantee. If puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of the sale and pick up ANY guarantee will be null and void. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian costs after the puppy leaves the seller’s care. Also, the seller offers a replacement puppy as the health guarantee, not a money back guarantee. Hip and elbow dysplasia is not covered due to the fact we cannot control said dogs environment or diet. If a life threatening genetic illness should arise within 12 months, options are as follows: 1. Return original puppy/dog for replacement puppy of sellers choice. 2.Keep original puppy/dog plus payment to seller of $700 keepers fee with a replacement puppy of sellers choice. Original puppy must be spayed/neutered with proof of procedure sent to our attending vet 2days after surgery is performed before receiving replacement puppy.*Replacement puppy will be of same breed and sex. Color is notguaranteed.* All expenses associated with returned puppy/dog is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller has the right to a second opinion by a licensed veterinarian, of sellers choice, to evaluate puppy/dogs condition before honoring guarantee. In the event of death within 12 months, an autopsy must be performed, (at owners expense), by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact cause of death. The report from the autopsy must be sent to our attending veterinarian for review. If death is ruled to be a genetic condition puppy/dog will be replaced from the next available litter of sellers choice.

Also, that buyer will not sell or give puppy/dog to a pet store, rescue, kennel, or medical research facility. If buyer changes their mind about purchasing the puppy at any time, buyer will lose all money paid toward the puppy. Deposits and ANY payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE! Deposit can be transferred to the next available litter with choice puppy chosen by breeder/seller. Choice puppy must be taken/purchased in the next available litter or deposit is forfeit. Deposits must be sent Venmo, Zelle, or with cash if local. NO exceptions. If a deposit is placed on newborns and puppy on hold acquires an injury or death in breeders care, buyer will have choice pick of available puppies from next available litter. Puppy will have a 1 year guarantee against life threatening genetic issues.(Life threatening means an illness or defect discovered that will cause death or permanent damage) The guarantee does not include joint problems due to excessive jumping, over exercising, over feeding, not maintaining proper weight, or ANY other factors out of the seller’s control when puppy/dog is in the developmental stages. Buyer agrees to postpone strenuous, repetitive exercise. Puppy will receive appropriate exercise. Puppy/Dog must be fed a high quality large breed food. Seller never reimburses vet fees or expenses of any kind.(This guarantee does not cover ANY problems that are not genetically based.)

Seller cannot guarantee adult size, color, temperament, or any other physical attributes of the buyer's new puppy. We do not guarantee show quality or the ability to breed, no matter if breeding rights have been purchased. All puppies are sold as companion pets unless otherwise discussed by seller and buyer. Buyer will sign a separate spay/neuter contract. Breeding rights are available when agreed on by seller and purchaser. Buyer is to provide proof to seller, via mail or email of spay/neuter within 7 days after the procedure is complete. Spay/neuter must be performed by 15 months of age or health guarantee is void. Buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of above animal including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to the above-described animal is on the Buyer at all times after the dog leaves the Breeder. This contract is non-transferable, this includes replacement puppies. Replacement puppies are as-is. This guarantee is not negotiable. You as the buyer know and accept these terms at time of purchase. Guarantee will not change after agreement. We do understand a bond is formed between owner and dog however the guarantee must be followed to serve its purpose. Please understand we are breeders, not god. We can only prevent so much medically that is available through science. Illness can happen in any breed, any age (just like humans) and that is why a guarantee is made. We have tested our adults for what is available to test for and even then some illnesses are not fully understood and can still occur. So, should there be a dispute, try to remember that. In the event the buyer is unable to keep puppy/dog for any reason, buyer agrees to contact breeder immediately, the puppy will either be returned with no financial reimbursement to Dolled Up Doodles or breeder will find a suitable home. IF breeder receives any funds in the process of rehoming said puppy/dog she will gift that amount to buyer. This is not guaranteed and depends highly on age of dog, temperament, and condition when placed back into our care. We want to know where our puppies are at all times. Buyer agrees that puppy(s)/Dog(s) will never be surrendered to shelter/rescue.

Failure to follow ANY of these provisions will result in contract being null and void. Remaining balances are due AT pickup. If delivery arrangements are being made breeder requires all shipping costs be paid 1 week prior to shipping. Shipping arrangements will not be made until shipping costs are paid. After 9 weeks of age a boarding fee of $25.00 a day will be issued unless buyer/seller have made verbal or written arrangements. Remaining balances will be paid through money orders or cash. Puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks old unless other transportation has been scheduled.*Socialization will be done by seller, but is buyer’s responsibility to continue to do so after purchase. Obedience and socialization for desired behavior is buyer’s responsibility. By purchasing your puppy(s) you the buyer agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this contract. Again, just by sending money towards your puppy(s) you agree to any and all terms of this contract. No signature needed. Social media is not a legal court system and should not be used as such. Any third party involvement voids this guarantee. Please come to me to resolve any disputes as we strive to have the best possible relationships with our puppies' new family.

Important Info/Facts

Additional Information you need to know when purchasing a puppy from Dolled Up Doodles:
*We do NOT and will NOT sell to kennels*
Please fill out a Puppy Application if you are interested in a baby from us!

Visiting:
As much as we wish we could, we cannot allow visitors to our home. One reason being, our puppies will NOT have completed a full series of vaccinations, meaning they can easily contract diseases such as parvovirus that can spread to all of our dogs and other puppies. Several breeders have also been robbed, killed, puppies stolen, etc. It is unfortunately too risky for our puppies to have high volume traffic in and out of our home. When a buyer has sent us money for a puppy, we are now caring for someone else's pet, and for the 8-9 weeks we have this puppy, their new owners have put their trust in us to protect their new family member at all costs. I understand this can be a deal breaker for some, and we would never expect or push someone to commit to one of our babies if you are not comfortable with the situation, so we would recommend finding a breeder that can accommodate your need to view their kennel/home. We’re very open to FaceTime!

Waitlist
We require a $50 nonrefundable waitlist fee with the understanding that anything can happen in pregnancy and young puppies (moms can miscarry babies, reabsorb them, fading puppies, etc.), so if anything is to happen, the deposit is still nonrefundable, but transferred to the next available litter. Same if there is not the color/gender you are wanting.
We require a NONREFUNDABLE but transferable (to the next available litter, after that, it is a forfeit) deposit of $500 to hold the puppy of your choosing. You have 24 hours from the moment we let you know that puppies were born to pay this deposit. If deposit is not received the person next in line on waitlist will take your spot. You are NOT guaranteed a puppy until deposit has been paid. We only take cash, Zelle, Venmo, or money orders for deposits and final payments. We will NOT accept PayPal or a personal check. The puppy will not leave us until paid in full! We also see that you read our contract/health guarantee prior to placing a deposit. You must place a deposit to hold your puppy! We do not hold without deposits. Again, deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. We are not a savings account for individuals, any money paid towards puppies are then put back into the care of said puppies. Deposits are nonrefundable whether you sent it 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 year ago, so please keep that in mind prior to placing any money down. Be 100% sure you are committed to this puppy or upcoming litter.
We also do not accept deposits on puppies 8 weeks or older, only payment in full.
Please keep in mind, you technically do NOT have to sign our contract, it states "by purchasing/sending payment towards your puppy, you agree to ALL terms of the contract."

Pricing:
Pet price (spay/neuter contract) is $2000
Breeding rights are an additional $500

Pictures/Videos:
We take pictures weekly of our puppies but ONLY promise pictures as newborns, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. We have found this schedule to be easiest in our busy lives. If time permitted, we will send videos in between pictures. We strive to be very active with our puppies and always want buyers to be updated on their new baby!

Puppy Socialization:
The puppies are all played with daily from the day they are born until the day they leave us. They are raised with a 10 year old girl, 8 year old boy, 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl whom absolutely adore our puppies. We start noise desensitizing at 2 weeks old and continue desensitizing until the puppies leave (once-twice a week until leaving). We also start grooming at 3 weeks old and groom/bathe them once a week. We do ENS (early neurological stimulation) as well as ESI (early scent introduction) starting at 3 days old until 16 days old. The puppies are raised in our home, so we can always keep an eye on them. We put a lot of time and effort into making our puppies as social as possible.

Vetting/Vaccinations:
We give 5- way shots (protects against Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 1 & 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
We give shots between 7-8 weeks. Your puppy will come home with his/her vaccination records. Your puppy will have had shots prior to going home. We also de-worm with panacur and pyrantel every 1-2 weeks. They are also given Interceptor Plus. Please understand worms are common in puppies as they explore the outside world, although we take preventative measures worming will need to continue when you receive your puppy.
Your puppy will see our vet prior to leaving us.

Pick-Up/Delivery:
Puppies cannot leave us until 8 weeks of age at a minimum, no exceptions! We (in certain cases) ask that puppies be picked up at 8.5 weeks old, but ask they be picked up/delivered to you by no later than 10 weeks of age unless we feel he/she needs to stay longer; anything after 9 weeks is a $25 per day boarding fee. If not picked up by 14 weeks, the puppy is to be resold and buyer is NOT entitled to any money back. Please let us know 5-7 days in advance what day/time you can pick your puppy up or what day you would be open to have him/her delivered to you. If he/she is being delivered, the shipping balance MUST be paid as late as 7 weeks old. If you're picking your puppy up, payment may be made in cash or money order while meeting with us. We do not accept checks for final payment. We will personally meet you at our vets office at which time you can speak with our vet if there are any questions or concerns. We can have puppies delivered to any US states (excluding Hawaii), Canada, and Puerto Rico. Your puppy will come home with his/her vaccination/de-worming records, a sample of their food, toys, a receipt, and a blanket that smells like mom.

Hip/Elbow Dysplasia:
We do not guarantee against hip or elbow dysplasia due to the fact that 80% of it is caused by environmental factors (excessive jumping, going up/down stairs, being overweight, etc.). We cannot guarantee how buyers will raise their puppies or the diet they're on. We ask that buyers keep their dogs fit with a good diet to lessen the chance of hip dysplasia, but of course cannot enforce that. Hip dysplasia cannot yet be genetically tested for as there is too many components to the disorder. Two parents with excellent hip scores can still produce offspring that can later develop dysplasia, that is why it is extremely important to maintain a healthy weight and refrain from repetitive movements or strenuous activities while your puppy is in its growing stages. We also recommend that spay/neutering should not be done until your puppy is at a minimum 12 months of age.

Are Goldendoodles hypoallergenic?
Yes, Goldendoodles are hypoallergenic in the sense of them being LESS LIKELY to cause an allergic reaction. This however does not guarantee there will not be an allergic response to the dog. The keys words being “less likely” as doodles can still carry dander and some even CAN shed. Most people with allergies are totally fine with Goldendoodles, but not all are!

Recommended Food:
We recommend keeping your puppy/dog on a high quality food with first ingredients being meat based (beef, lamb, salmon etc.) We also recommend avoiding grain-free diets as there has been recent studies on the lack of taurine creating heart conditions in canines. We are currently feeding The Hills Science Diet large breed puppy.

Size Ranges:
We give our best prediction as to what size your puppy will be as an adult based on sizes of parents and grandparents, but there is no way to guarantee the size your puppy will be. We have had the smallest in the litter become the largest as an adult and vise versa. On an average scale, here is what you can expect for sizes from us:
Standards: 30-70 pounds

Rehoming:
If for any reason at anytime buyer cannot keep their puppy/dog we will take the puppy/dog back and find them a suitable home. We do understand that life events happen. We do not want any of our puppies to end up in shelters or with rescue groups. Although your puppy/dog is your pet, we still feel its our responsibility as their breeder to ensure they are always well cared for and never end up in a bad situation. More info is in our guarantee.

Health Guarantee:
When bringing a new baby into your home, please keep in mind we are breeders, not God. We as breeders do what we can to reduce the risk of genetic diseases prone to our breed. We do all of the genetics testing we have available to us at this time, but that does not mean every puppy produced will be perfect (that goes for all breeders of every breed). Just as in humans, we cannot dissolve every medical issue known or unknown to man. This is why we offer a health guarantee. If an issue were ever to arise, please keep this in mind and the matter will be dealt with in a civil manner. All of our babies have been in great health thus far, but if a baby is to have a genetic issue, we are more than willing to work with you and help as much as possible. Please read our Health Guarantee & Contract

*Under no circumstances will we send a puppy home without payment in full. Please do not ask us to send a puppy/puppies and pay later. We have done so in the past only to have never received payment. We give ample time for a puppy to be paid in full before going home.*

Bringing your new baby home:
I think this section is very important and not up for discussion enough in the canine community. When bringing your new puppy home it is imperative to not stress your puppy out! Taking your puppy to meet new family and friends, driving your puppy all over the place, taking them immediately to pet stores or puppy classes, rodeos, doggy parks etc. is not recommended. They do not have the immunity required for the exposure. They are not fully immune until the vaccination series is completed, usually around 16 weeks old. They haven't had the time to learn their environment (remember they know their breeder and their mothers only) so it causes them to stress which then lowers their immune system setting them up to catch any virus/illness they may have been exposed too. We cannot stress this enough. Take your puppy home only! Create a comfortable space they can be in to start the adjustment process. If traveling, do not expose your puppy to random gas stations or rest stops! With the amount of travel in the USA, chances of another animal being in that same area with disease is high! Have a travel crate available with puppy pads or acquire a small portion of artificial grass to take with you. I understand this may sounds extreme but it could save your puppy from getting sick.
